The Olmsted Falls Athletic Boosters organization has once again partnered with Southwest General Hospital and has reserved Wednesday, May 23rd as the annual physicals date for our 2018 – 2019 student-athletes.

For the low cost of $20.00, student-athletes will have his/her physical administered as well as the OHSAA Physical’s document/signature form can then be submitted to the athletic office (on site).  By signing up for this May event, will help eliminate the concern of an “expired physical occurring during the athletic seasons.”

Please note:  The new location for this event will be at Olmsted Falls Middle School (locker room areas).  Families can park in the west parking lot of the middle school and enter through the Athletic/Physical Education entrance (4:00pm – 7:00pm).
