UPDATE REGARDING CHANGE IN MEDICATION PICK-UP TIMES

The following information was sent via follow-up email to families of students who have daily medication in our school building clinics:

* * Important OFCS Update Regarding Change in Medication Pick-Up Times * *

Dear Bulldog Families:

You are receiving this additional email update because our records indicate that you may have daily medication for your child(ren) stored in one of more of our school building clinics.  If you are in need of this daily medication during the extended school building closures that were announced today, there will be an opportunity to pick up your child’s daily medications from the school clinic on Friday, March 13th and Monday, March 16th.

The original email stated medications could be picked up from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13th and from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 16th.  PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT CHANGE:

Daily medications will be available for pick-up on Friday starting at 9:00 a.m. (instead of 7:30 a.m.). This is to allow for our school clinic aides to properly prepare paperwork. The medications must be picked up by a parent/guardian. We cannot release medications to the students.

Therefore medication pick-up hours across all buildings are as follows:

Friday, March 13th

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Monday, March 16th

7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call your child’s school building directly.

Thank you for your time and attention.
