The Human Resources department for Olmsted Falls City Schools oversees all aspects of staff support and resources. These responsibilities begin with recruiting and hiring and continue with all employee related topics during the life of employment. In collaboration with administrative and employee organization leadership, the Human Resources department strives to meet all employees' unique needs within the workplace.
The department is lead by Mr. James J. Tatman and is supported by Mrs. Kelly Mendeluk, Compensation & Benefits Specialist.
Mr. James J. Tatman - Director of Human Resources
Mr. Tatman transitioned to Director of Human Resources at the start of the 2017-2018 school year. He has been with the Olmsted Falls City Schools administrative team since 2013, previously serving as the Director of Student Services. Prior to administration, Mr. Tatman worked as an Intervention Specialist and Transition Coordinator at the middle and high school levels for Avon, North Ridgeville, and Huron School districts.
Mrs. Kelly Mendeluk - Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Mrs. Mendeluk has been with the Olmsted Falls City Schools since 2011 and has lived in the community for over 20 years. She is actively involved in the local community and the school district. She is married and has two children who both graduated from Olmsted Falls High School. With extensive experience and achievements in all facets of administration, accounts payable, non-profit management, special events, financial administration, management, she makes positive impact within the department and district. Kelly's strength is her passion for working with fellow employees and the public. She exemplifies dedication and looks forward to meeting all expectations of our employees.
